The Ivy Isle Foundation of Texas has awarded thousands of dollars to deserving high school students in the Galveston community.  Annual scholarship submissions are accepted beginning early February until mid April of each Spring. Scholarship applications can be accessed from the foundation's website below and through each high school campus' counseling offices. The scholarship winners are announced in May and students selected receive recognition at their campus' annual awards day.  Later, all scholarship recipients and two guests will be invited to a small recognition ceremony sponsored by the foundation.  It is the foundation's goal through scholarships to assist African American high school female students in achieving their undergraduate studies in educational excellence. All students must attend an accredited four year university.
